"Julie was amazingly helpful and patient with me (I honestly could not find my own head if it wasn't screwed onto my body) and made the entire process of getting auto insurance completely painless. The whole experience was incredibly fast and I got the exact coverage I was looking for same-day. I even received my policy number within a few minutes of ending the call! (Yes, I left my registration renewal to the absolute last second, and that policy number was the final missing piece). Highly recommend!"

"I used this agent for over a decade for auto, home, life, and business insurance. And had no problems ever. Until this past year. I had 4 burglaries and was advised not to submit claims due to my rate having to go up. Then, I had a massive theft incident at my company and asked if I had coverage for that type of theft. They replied that I did. I spent a month gathering my documentation for the claim and submitted it. I got a call the following day saying it was denied because I didn't have coverage. The sheer incompetence out of this office is just appalling. State Farm is great... Pick another agent and another office."

"In a world of chatbots and QR codes, guys like me appreciate the personal, how-can-we-help attitude of Brent's team. On an annual check-up call he's made routine, I discovered a gap and exposure that needed closing. Julie was on it and within an hour the issue had been resolved. "I've been with Brent for a short while. I recently financed a new vehicle and received a letter from the lender stating they needed updated insurance info. I sent a picture of the document to Brent and simply asked if I was to take care of this or was it on their end. Within a couple of hours it was taken care of and in the banks possession. This is the first time I haven't needed to let's just say 'follow up' on businesses to make sure the wheels are moving. Everyone should care about others like this office does. "SCAM ALERT: Follow up EVERY request at this branch with an email for documentation. Your call requests will not be documented under your policy. You will continue getting charged for policy cancel requests unless you put it in email. Don’t get screwed like I did. The untrustworthiness starts at the top here."

"We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our team always works to handle policy changes and cancellations as quickly as possible. In this case, when we received the request, we followed up by email to confirm how you wanted the cancellation handled and whether you wanted us to request additional backdating with documentation. Because we did not receive a reply, the policy remained active until we heard back from you. Once we connected again, we immediately processed the cancellation and backdated it 30 days to help as much as we were able. We certainly understand how frustrating situations like this can feel, and our goal is always to communicate clearly and help our customers in any way we can.
